Any Problem? Cant Download files on rapidshare? read this

It may so happen that some users may want to Download more than 1 file from rapidshare..
Rapidshare does not allow that...

Trick RAPIDSHARE... How to do it? read on

Case 1:
message such as "This IP address is already downloading a file"
This has 2 possibility
1. If you are really downloading a file
Solution: Nothing can be done about that. You need to wait until that file(which you
are currently downloading) has finished downloading.

2. If you are not downloading anything (since you had stopped or paused a previous download few minutes)
Solution: Restart your Intenet connection (explained below in COMMON SOLUTION)



Case 2:
message such as "Wait for N minutes more"

Solution: Restart your Intenet connection (explained below in COMMON SOLUTION)
It is better to wait for 2-3 minutes(i.e . the time to disconnect and reconnect your internet connection other than wait for a longer time)


COMMON SOLUTION

1. For Sanchanet/CLI or any other non-Broadband users
DISCONNECT your INTERNET connection and then RECONNECT to the Internet.
The reason behind this is that once you disconnect and then reconnect your internet you will get a new IP address.

2. For Broadband users
Switch OFF your modem POWER button(located on the modem itself) and then
Switch it ON again.
This is analogues to DISCONNECTING and RECONNECTING your internet connection.
The reason behind this is that once you disconnect(switch OFF the modem) and then reconnect (switch ON the modem) your internet connection you will get a new IP address.

How to download with rapidshare?

Hi,
The following steps are ONLY for the users who have never downloaded any file from RAPIDSHARE

1. Click on the file link
2. When the page is displayed, Scroll down and click on FREE
3.Then a Timer will start... You may have to wait for 1 - 1.5 mins.
4. When the time is over type in the letters which are on the screen in the space provided...
5. Yup.. Thats is, Your download will start
